Place of Residence: He travels between Loitsche where his parents stay, Hamburg where the bands studio is and Berlin where he has an apartment he shares with Tom.

Hair Colour: Naturally dirty blonde, but dyes his hair pitch black. For awhile he had blonde/silver highlights, but now he has everything all black again.
Eye Colour: Brown.
Siblings: Twin brother Tom which is 10 minutes older than he is.
Mother: Simone Kaulitz, a freelance tailor and artist.
Father: The twins biological father, a truck driver named Jörg Kaulitz separated from their mother when the twins were about 6-7 years old. The twins remained in the care of their mother and her new partner Gordon Trümper, a guitarist in the rock band Fatun who inspired the twins to start doing music. He also owns a music school called “Rock’s Cool”.
School: The twins left school at the age of 15 as they were constantly on tour. Originally there were only supposed to have time off from school for a year, but left it completely in the end. They started taking classes from an online school, meaning they had the material sent home where they would work on it, and then send it back to get marked. Around the end of 2007 they successfully graduated and got their “Realschulabschluss” diploma, which would be the same as having a high school graduation. Bill’s grades was altogether a “1,8”, which would almost be a straight A to B.
Favourite Subject in School: He says he has none.
Hated Subjects in School: He hated everything that had to do with school.
Hobbies: He likes partying, shopping, singing and music in general.
His Idol: He doesn’t have one. He always wanted to be his own person and not follow the rules and regulations of someone else. He does however have people that inspire him.

Favourite movie: He has a lot. Whenever he sees a movie, it’ll be his favorite till the next time he watches one. He has said in numerous interviews that The Labyrinth is definitely his favorite childhood movie.
Pets: Two Dachshund [names unknown and they want to keep it that way], one Doberman-Labrador mongrel [named Scotty] and one German Shorthair [name unknown]. They used to have a cat named Kasimir. All dogs were saved from dogshelters.
Distinctive signs:
Three piercings: One on his right eyebrow [got it at the age of 12], one in his tongue [14] and one in his left nipple [19].
Four tattoos: One with the band logo on the back of his neck [Got it secretly done at the age of 15] and a star on his right hip [Got it when he was 17]. To celebrate his 18th birthday, he got a tattoo on his left inner forearm which reads “Freiheit 89” [Freedom 89] which celebrates the year he was born and the fact that he is now, at 18, an adult. He also got one on his left side of the torso which reads “Wir hören nie auf zu schreien - Wir kehren zum Ursprung zurück” [We never stop shouting - We return to the origin / We’ll never stop screaming - We’re going back to the roots] at the age of 19. It took 4h to do according to himself. He seems to be getting one new tattoo per year.
His hair: At the moment he got a black mohawk.
Motto: It always changes with him. Recently he has said his favorite is “life is too short to drink cheap wine.”
Favourite drinks: Cola, strawberry milk, Peppermint tea [he says it’s good for his voice] and ice tea.
Favourite foods: Pizza and spaghetti. He is a huge fan of fast-food in general and he will never eat something he doesn’t know.
Personality: He is very open-minded, friendly, egoistical, extremely talkative, ambitious, sensitive and romantic. He describes himself as an “insider” [German: “Drinni”], because he’d rather spend time slouching inside of the house than go outside and get some fresh air. He’s not a fan of exploring nature. He says he can be vain sometimes. He is the creative part of the band and writes most of the lyrics.
Bill is also completely un-sporty. He admits he is lazy and could sleep his entire life away if he had the chance.
